Making pizza is no more a hard or exhausting task as we think it is. This healthy and tasty recipe won’t take longer than 20 minutes. So let’s start!

Base:

3/4 cup almond flour;
3 eggs;
3 cups of mix cauliflower
1 tablespoon of dried oregano
salt and pepper

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F;
Mix every ingredient;
Spread the mixture into a shaped mold (square, circle, or any other preferred shape);
Pre-bake for 25 minutes or until golden

Topping:

tomato pulp (to cover the pizza base);
Buffalo Mozzarella fresh cheese;
sliced olives;
cooked shrimps;
rocket;
oregano;

Instructions:
Take the base off the oven when it gets a golden color;
Spread the tomato pulp all over it;
Cover the base with mozzarella cheese;
Split the shrimp all over the base;
Spread the rocket leaves;
Cover it with another amount of mozzarella cheese;
Put some oregano on it
Distribute the sliced olives on top of it

Just more 5 or 10 minutes in the oven and it’s ready to go!

 

Tips: You can add any type of ingredients. Tomato, onion, corn, peppers, chicken, pineapple, etc. The topping ingredient proportions are entirely decided by you.
