Avocado (2 slices)
Natural tuna (1 can)
Vegetables in the wok (courgette, heart cabbage)
Put the tomatoes chopped into small pieces in the pan, with little olive oil and onion.
Add the Penne and put water to cook.
Vegetables in the wok: In the wok, put the courgette chopped into cubes and the sliced cabbage heart. Add 1 olive oil tablespoon and garlic, and let cook until ready (do not leave too much time).
In a bowl add 3 tablespoons of the cooked Penne, 1 can of natural tuna, the avocado, and the pepper. Add the vegetables to the wok .
Season at your taste.
