Ingredients:

1 small onion
2 or 3 cloves of garlic
1 cup of corn (can or already cooked)
3/4 cup quinoa (already cooked)
2 tablespoons of flour + 3 tablespoons for the topping
1/2 red pepper
1 teaspoon salt (optional)
1 or half teaspoon black pepper
black pepper
Parsley or coriander
Grape oil

Preparation:

In a frying pan, drain the grape oil with the onion and the garlic. Let it sear and then remove from the heat.

Chop the pepper into small pieces

Grind the grain until it forms a paste

Add all ingredients (including onion and garlic) and mix well

Shape it into small balls and then flatten them into a hamburger shape

Put in the fryer and cook it about two or three minutes on each side
