Put all the ingredients in the blender and shred until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Heat the crepes fryer pan or a regular fryer pan and cook until it’s very hot, pour 1 scoop of soup from the previous preparation to cover the entire fryer;
When it starts to form bubbles on the surface, just turn the pancakes around, and it’s done!
For the filling, you can add mashed eggs, mozzarella cheese, chopped tomatoes, cucumbers and fresh parsley, for example!
