To lose weight or just exercise yourself you don’t need a gym or other type of facility, but your own house or bedroom. Without any other equipment rather than your body, these five exercises will increase your heartbeat and therefore your fat loss. Try to do three series of 20 repetitions in every single activity in a circuit mode.

Jumping Jacks
1. Stand up straight with your feet together and hands by your side;
2. Jump up, spread your feet and bring both hands together above your head;
3. Jump again and return to the starting position;
4. Repeat until the set is complete.

 

Burpees
1. Squat down and place your hands on the floor in front of you, just outside of your feet.
2. Jump both feet back so that you’re now in plank position.
3. Drop to a push-up—your chest should touch the floor. You can also drop to your knees here, which makes the impending push-up easier.
4. Push up to return to plank position
5. Jump the feet back in toward the hands.
6. Explosively jump into the air, reaching your arms straight overhead.

 

Jumping rope
With no introductions, jumping rope is one of the most effective and demanding exercises regarding weight loss. With or without double or triple unders, jumping rope is boxers daily exercise.

 

Push up’s
1. Put yourself into a plank position with your arms extended a little bit wider than your shoulders;
2. Contract your abs and push your belly button to your spine;
3. Lower you slowly until your arms get into a 90degrees position;
4. Push yourself up, back to the initial position.

 

Jump squats
1. Put yourself in a squat position with your hands near your chest;
2. Jump the higher you can while extending your arms and legs;
3. Return to the initial squat position
